The sending of promotional information and the sharing of your data with exhibitors are based on your consent, obtained via the relevant tick boxes on the form.
Paris Déco Off communications — by registering, and subject to your consent, you may receive practical or promotional information relating to Paris Déco Off. For full details on the collection and processing of your data, please see our privacy policy.
Sharing with exhibitors — if you agree to an exhibitor scanning your visitor QR code, the data associated with your QR code will be passed on to them. The exhibitor will process this data as an independent data controller and may contact you regarding their products, services or activities.
Subcontractors — your data is hosted and processed by Paris Déco Off’s technical service providers (including the Inwink platform), acting as data processors on behalf of IENA CONSEILS. It is never sold to third parties.
Your rights — in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict the processing of, and transfer your data; the right to withdraw your consent at any time; the right to set out instructions regarding the handling of your data after your death; and the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
